At KARIBUNI VZW, we're not just about fashion, we're about changing the world whilst having a bit a fun and putting smiles on people's faces! As a non-profit organisation, we are committed to sustainable and ethical fashion, and we can't wait to spread our message at events. We need you to help these events run smoothly, with a smile, a friendly hand and maybe even a cool dance move.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help at our events (concerts, benefits, festivals and outings), from welcoming guests to serving the bar and everything in between. Whether you have an organisational talent, feel comfortable behind the bar or just want to be the face that welcomes everyone with open arms, we have a spot for you! Your role is crucial in making every event a success.
Bar crew: You serve drinks with a smile and make sure the glasses are never empty (except for the last round, of course).

Reception team: You are the first face our guests see. You welcome them, provide information and make everyone feel right at home.
​
Box office team: You will make sure everything goes smoothly at the box office and that no one is waiting in line (yes, you will be the hero who lets everyone in quickly).
​
Event Manager Assistance: You support the event manager in coordinating the running of the event - you know what needs to be done and when, and you keep an eye on everything so that it doesn't become chaos (no stress, you're in control).
​
Set-up and take-down team: You make sure everything runs smoothly, from building up the venue to taking it down afterwards (yes, we love teamwork - and a bit of tidying up is part of the job).
You have a ‘hands-on’ mentality and always think in terms of solutions (Problems? What are they?).

You have a friendly attitude and a smile that is contagious - we want our guests to feel welcome!
​
You love variety and can easily switch between different tasks - today the bar, tomorrow the cash desk, and maybe even supervise the ceremony the day after tomorrow? Anything goes!
​
You have a passion for events and making sure everything runs smoothly (yes, even if the music suddenly cuts out, you stay cool).
​
Experience in an event environment is a plus, but if you've never done it before, that's no problem either - we'll teach you everything you need to know!
​
You are communicative, speak Dutch, French and/or English and respect deadlines.
​
You have a flexible and positive working attitude - sometimes events can bring surprises, but you always stay cheerful!
